Geneva:
City of refuge with a rich history and notable inheritance from John Calvin. What happened in Geneva during the Protestant Reformation influenced the world. Today, the city continues to influence the world through the international organizations seated in it. The church, however, has lost its place in Geneva as an influencer.
What we are concerned about:
The World Health Organization’s (WHO) “Proposal for negotiating text of the WHO Pandemic Agreement” and the detrimental influence of international organizations (e.g., UN, WHO, WEF) based in Geneva. The World Health Assembly mandated the Intergovernmental Negotiating Body (INB) to submit a final version to the World Health Assembly in May 2024.

Areas of concern:
- The potential for a “global health passport” developed and controlled by the WHO (Art. 4 paragraphs 1,2 and 4), under the guise of public health surveillance, as well as other control measures
- Coordinated global censorship (Art. 16, Art. 18 paragraph 1)
- International law-making, as experienced during the COVID-19 pandemic, and its impact on human life as well as national economies
- Undue influence from the current US administration on the WHO and the treaty
Mission Statement:
To dismantle efforts by international organizations to implement supranational policies that will be used to advance the enemy’s plans to kill, steal, and destroy the inheritance of Jesus Christ, replacing them instead with those that advance Christian principles and maintain the sovereignty of the nations.

Goals for the next 6 months:
- Pray for the pandemic prevention, preparedness, and response accord to fail before May 2024
- Pray for the disbanding of global structures currently in place to do the enemy’s bidding and the disruption of his timeline (Daniel 7:25)
- Pray for the freedom of the nations from occultic influence, so they can return to God’s original redemptive design
- Create an atmosphere for global harvest
- Hold the line for the covenant alignment with Israel
- Establish relationships with Christians working in international organizations to equip and prepare them to be Josephs, Esthers, and Daniels.
Testimony from intercessors attending the WHO meeting in September 2023 in New York:
The week of Sept 17, in NYC during the Opening of the 78th Session of the General Assembly, the WHO held high-level meetings for the FIRST TIME. During these meetings, there was an IMPASSE on negotiations with the Pandemic Accord. Also, 11 nations dissented from the Political Declaration. There was a team on-site praying during these meetings! Plus many others joining in prayer and support.
How to achieve these goals:
- Set up an apartment in Geneva as a “command center” for prayer and worship to target the aforementioned concerns from January 2024 until at least June 2024
- Welcome international intercessors in Geneva to support the team on a rotating schedule
We envision this happening in smaller groups, on the ground, like spies preparing for an invasion: Listening to the Holy Spirit’s instructions, in prayer and worship, on how to defeat occultic strategies and plans, become part of important meetings at international organizations as intercessors, and create a communication system with key leaders around the world.
To achieve this we will also be working simultaneously within the 50 US states:
- Mobilize all 50 US states through the prayer networks.
- Conduct briefings with state leaders on how to inform, with key talking points, legislatures on facts about the pandemic accord, universal health care, and international health regulation amendments.
- Provide up-to-date intelligence and training via Zoom calls.
- Send teams from all 50 states to Washington D.C., with a unified voice and strategy, to meet with legislators and their staffs.
- Increase prayer and fasting over strategic prayer targets with apostolic decrees.
Monthly finances:
- A furnished, 3-bedroom apartment in the Geneva center: CHF 7,000 (including utilities)
- Breakfast food, fruit, and snacks for the guests: CHF 500
- One meal out at CHF 20 per person (counting 6 people a day): CHF 3,600
- Public transport: Geneva Center Public Transport Card per month CHF 70 for an adult / CHF 45 for a Senior
- Air travel for people we believe should come to Geneva but don’t have the financial means to do so: CHF 10,000.
- Unforeseen entrances, fees, and events: CHF 2,000
- Total of CHF 150,000 for the 6-month period
Prayer points and practical steps until January:
- Find an apartment
- Raise financial support
- Get the word out of what we are doing with wisdom and to very specific people. We don’t want the whole world to know about it, only key people
- Get the team connected for January 2024 and the first rotation settled
